ABSTRACT

The paper aims to assess how De La Salle University-Dasmarinas in the Philippines has been managed since the pandemic began, specifically in the teaching and learning process. The term “the school runs well” is explained in The Identity Criteria for the Vitality of Lasallian Education Ministry, a document released in April 2020, which aims to provide principles that will distinctly characterize Lasallian education. To contextualize, the paper starts with a description of the situation of De La Salle University-Dasmarinas when the pandemic was still starting.
