Against the backdrop of Vatican Council II and the 39th General Chapter of 1966-1967, the author explores the renewal of the religious, community, and apostolic life of the Brothers of the Christian Schools in terms of the pathways (declarations) proposed in the Institute’s Declaration of 1967.

Brother Luis Angelo Enriquez received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from De La Salle University in Manila and a master’s of arts degree in theology from Loyola School of Theology, which is federated with Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines. He is currently pursuing a master’s of arts in leadership at Saint Mary’s College of California.
