ABSTRACT
These remarks focus on a number of themes, including what is necessary for us to consider in ourselves as Lasallians, as leaders now and those who must be prepared for leadership in the future, and about the role of women in the mission. The author also poses questions for consideration about present structures of the Institute of the Brothers of the Christian Schools and its international network of schools, universities, and agencies.
