ABSTRACT

This paper looks at the vocations to the married life and the celibate life within the Lasallian community as complementary gifts of God. The exploration is grounded in an incarnational, sacramental sense of Church and mission and an appreciation of the mystery of married love and the delicate character of the soul’s intimacy with God.
