ABSTRACT
The authors share the results of a collaborative learning event for faculty and staff members of Lasallian post-secondary business degree programs. Participants aggregated those aspects of curriculum, instructional pedagogy, and administration proposed to be indicators of distinctively Lasallian preparation for professional practice across the broad field of business education. The discussion concludes with recommendations for future international partnerships and research.

Matthew Nowakowski, M.B.A., Ed.D., is Dean, Graduate School of Business & Technology, and Program Director, Master of Business Administration, at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. He received the doctoral degree in leadership from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, and is a graduate of the Buttimer Institute of Lasallian Studies.

Benito Teehankee, D.B.A., is associate professor and coordinator of the Doctor of Business Administration Program at De La Salle University, Manila, Philippines. He serves as a Board Governor, Philippine Academy of Management.
