Carmelita Quebengco, Ph.D.
Carmelita I. Quebengco is Chancellor Emeritus at De La Salle University, Manila, Phillipines, where she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, and as Associate Professor of the Department of Educational Management of the DLSU Graduate School of Education.
In 2007, Dr. Quebengco was granted the rare and high honor of Affiliate status to the Institute of the Brothers of the Christian Schools. In 2010 Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota conferred upon Dr. Quebengco an honorary doctorate in Educational Leadership in recognition of her work in the achievement of excellence in Lasallian higher education.
