Abstract
Lasallian spirituality has been the guiding force throughout my 30-year vocation as an educator and administrator. Rooted in the teachings of Saint John Baptist de La Salle and inspired by the Christian Brothers, mentors, and Lasallian community, this spirituality fosters compassion, zeal, and purpose in my daily work. Through intentional care, collaborative classrooms, and mission-driven engagement, I strive to model Lasallian values and create transformative learning experiences. This reflection explores how Lasallian charism continues to shape my approach to teaching, advising, and leadership—illuminating the profound impact of living and leading with faith, service, and heart-centered connection.
