Abstract
From October 28 to November 1, 2024, fifty Lasallian educators and researchers from five continents convened in Rome for the 2024 Lasallian Research Seminar on Association for Mission. Through lectures, multilingual group discussions, and community, participants explored the evolving meaning of association for mission, emphasizing its spiritual foundations—consecration, mission, and community. Brother Pedro Maria Gil Larraňaga’s framework of educational fruitfulness, community commitment, and divine presence guided reflections. Four meta-themes emerged: building communities for mission, institutional transition, inclusivity, and faith in God’s plan. This article presents key insights from lectures and group reports to support future Lasallian association development.
