ABSTRACT
The authors of this article provide a brief summary of the 2015 III La Salle Forum held on October, 15-17 at the Tetela Center in Cuernavaca, Mexico. The forum aimed to invite educators and scholars from different regions of the International Association of Lasallian Universities (IALU) to engage in presentations and reflective dialogue regarding Lasallian teaching competences with a focus on active methodologies in higher education. This overview describes the purpose of the forum, a brief background of the program, a synopsis of the keynote lectures and participant presentations, a summary of the breakout discussions, and concluding recommendations resulting from the forum.
